NOTES: Chlamydopleon dissimile is a coastal mysid often found near beaches from the mid-Atlantic south and throughout the Gulf of Mexico

Below: Tail of Chlamydopleon dissimile showing the unusually long setae on the lateral uropods. Unfortunately, these setae obscure the distinctive median cleft in the telson.
